The design office is based in Colomiers in an open space that facilitates interaction and collective intelligence to design simple and robust technical solutions.

We mainly use CATIA V5 software for 3D design and drawing, but our teams are also proficient in other software such as Solidworks or Autocad.

For more than 20 years, we have been designing custom tools to meet the needs of our customers:

assembly tooling (jigs for positioning and holding in position parts for assembly)
press tools (punches, die and counter form for stamping sheet metal)

drilling grid (jigs that allow you to drill parts while being resistant to cutting tools)
handling or lifting tools (manual or motorized workpiece gripping system)
access or work platform
test Tools
miscellaneous tools

In parallel with the design, our team of engineers carries out the sizing and structural analysis of the tooling to ensure its robustness and to feed the calculation file in the case of tools that require it. We also prepare the test instructions for load tests upon receipt of the tooling.
