Upon receipt of the manufactured parts, a dimensional control is carried out by our teams in our air-conditioned control room. Inspection reports are written to confirm that the requirements of the design are met, in particular the shapes tolerances.

The assembly and adjustment of your tools is carried out in our 200m² workshop by our experienced technicians.

The workshop is also equipped with machine tools (lathe, milling machine, TIG station, etc.) to allow quick update and adjustments when necessary.

We take the greatest care to check the correct functionality of the tooling before delivery.
When necessary, load tests are carried out with the inspection of an external certification company to certify the tools.
