manufacturing process

Once the design is finalized, our tooling project managers take care of launching the manufacturing of the jigs & tools and coordinate our network of suppliers to produce your tool as quickly as possible.

We master the following manufacturing processes:
  • welded steel or aluminium assembly with dimensions up to 6mx3mx2.5m.
  • machining of steel, stainless steel, aluminium, bronze, plastic parts. Turning capacity up to 500mm diameter by 1000mm length. 5-axis milling capacity of 2000x1200x800.
  • surface grinding
  • laser or waterjet cutting /li>
  • sandblasting, painting, powder coating, burnishing, anodizing
