Since more than 20 years, we are an SME specialising in the design and production of custom-made mechanical tools such as jigs or assembly stations, drilling grids, lifting spreaders, etc.

We also carry out metrology, adjustment and maintenance of tools on our premises or on our customers’ sites.

Based in Colomiers in Haute-Garonne (31), we have a design office and a workshop to carry out your turnkey tool projects.

3D Scan

Thanks to our CREAFORM Metrascan 3D scanner, our teams can scan parts, tooling, and environments for which you do not have 3D files (on our premises or on customer sites).

Design Office

For more than 20 years, we have been designing custom tools to meet the needs of our customers. We mainly use CATIA V5 software for 3D design and drawing, but our teams are also proficient in other software such as Solidworks or Autocad.

Achievement

From concept to completion, our teams imagine technical solutions and develop the tooling that will meet the performance, safety and ergonomic requirements of your production.

Control

Upon receipt of the manufactured parts, a dimensional control is carried out by our teams in our air-conditioned control room. Inspection reports are written to confirm that the requirements of the design are met, in particular the shapes tolerances.
